OUR CENTER

Our nursing and rehabilitation center provides a unique opportunity to customize a program unique to its patients and residents’ individual needs. We offer short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity. We feature a 24-bed elite Reflections Community, designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other related dementias.

Our center received the Bronze – Commitment to Quality award from the American Health Care Association, and we earned a Best in Class – Timely Follow-Up Award from Pinnacle Quality Insights.
